Happy mid-week guys!  (Yes I’m refusing to say hump day because… no.  Haha!)  Today I have a brand new collection from China Glaze for you!  I’m going to quickly go over each shade and give my thoughts at the end so stay tuned!

“My Way Or The Highway” is a teal-leaning-green colored crelly.  2 coats.

*UPDATE: I wore this under a glitter polish as a mani and I did have staining.  Pretty typical with shades like these unfortunately.  So I would double up on base coat but be prepared you still may get staining.*

“More To Explore” is a bright warm-toned peach crelly.  The crelly formulation really lends itself to ease of application.  2 coats.

“Pinking Out The Window” is an warm-toned petal pink crelly.  2 coats.

“Trip Of A Lime Time” is a bright yellow-toned lime green crelly.  2 coats.

“License & Registration Please” is a cyan blue crelly.  2 coats.

“Dashboard Dreamer” is an ethereal baby blue crelly with a beautiful coppery-pink shimmer ribbon.  2 coats.

“Wanderlust” is a darling cool-toned baby pink crelly with the same beautiful coppery shimmer that’s in “Dashboard Dreamer”.  2 coats.

“Sun’s Up Top Down” is a bright sunshine yellow creme with that coppery shimmer once again.  Pretty great formula for a yellow!  I did 2 coats with a light hand and it came out perfectly, no bald spots or streaks!

“Pack Lightly” is a warm-toned light peachy-pink crelly with that pretty coppery shimmer.  2 coats.

“I Brake For Colour” is a coral crelly.  Next to an orange polish, it looks pink but next to a pink polish, it looks orange.  A bit of a chameleon.  In person it pulls more orange on me.  2 coats.

“Pop The Trunk” is a bright but darkened summery orange crelly.  2 coats.

I have to say, this is one of my most favorite China Glaze Collections in a long time.  I’ve never had quite the issues that others have had with China Glaze but even so, this collection was a dream to apply.  No baldness, no streakiness, just pure colorful perfection.  Plus the array of shades in this collection are amazing.  I am extremely pleased.  “Dashboard Dreamer”, “Wanderlust”, “Sun’s Up Top Down” and “Pack Lightly” have the prettiest shimmer.  Sadly, my camera was not picking up on it but trust me… it’s swoon-worthy!  You can somewhat see it at the base of my nails in the closeups.

My favorites in this collection have to be “Dashboard Dreamer”, “Wanderlust”, “My Way Or The Highway”, “More To Explore”, “Boho Blues” and HECK… all of them!

China Glaze can be purchased at tons of different places including Ulta, Sally Beauty, Transdesign and lots of other retailers and E-tailers.  Don’t forget to follow China Glaze on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with new colors and collections!

I didn’t even realize these were crellies–are they sheer enough to sandwich?

  • So I pretty much need ALL of these. The colors are so perfect for summer!

  • Lilith

Gosh! We might have a problem. I love almost all of them!!
The colors are really pretty and if the formula is as good as the colors it’s a definite “I’m-gonna-buy-hem-all” ^^

  • Nhi

Great collection and amazing swatches per usual :)! *clap, clap, clap*
Anyhoo, I was just wondering about Dashboard Dreamer and Zoya’s Blu, are they dupes? (except for shimmer of course..)

  • Aw now I’m bummed I only picked up the mini collection! I have been so apprehensive about the formula of these, this review gives me hope! Beautiful swatches!

  • Cat

Hi Valesha, I’ve already bought a few of these. I’m happy to read a positive review for China Glaze, too! I agree with you — this is a NICE collection and perfect for the (hopefully) coming warmer months. =)

    • I’m so surprised the negative reviews this collection has received! It’s amazing isn’t it! much better formula than past China Glaze Collections (and I didn’t even mind those either!)

  • Suzanne K.

I’m glad to hear you like Sun’s Up Top Down because it was the one I initially gravitated towards in pictures but I’ve heard very mixed reviews. I may still pick one up.

  • They all look amazing! i just purchased them and can’t wait to get them on my nails :) Thank you for the gorgeous swatches!!!
