Girly Bits: Swatches & Review
I’m baaaaacccckkkk! It’s been so weird not blogging during the week! It was kind of a nice break but I missed it! Plus it was a lame reason to take a break… moving. Yuck! It is nice to be a new place and mostly settled in though. Oh and I hope you all had a fantastical Thanksgiving!
Today I have a bunch of beauties from Girly Bits to show you!
“A Stripper Has Been Sleeping In My Bed” is Girly Bits’ 2nd Anniversary polish! Happy Anniversary to Pam & her fabulous brand! This polish has (what appears to be) steel blue colored holographic glitter bits in a clear base. It’s hard to see the color of the glitter with the magical rainbows in your eyes! :) This is a super dense glitter and would be awesome for glitter gradients too! The photos really can’t do this justice! In fact my camera couldn’t even decide what to focus on or where. It practically shoots off rainbows in real life! I did 3 coats.
“Giggity Giggity Goo!” is a nude linear holo. Beautiful and has a great formula. 2 coats.
“What The Deuce?” is a super pigmented grass green linear holo. The linear effect isn’t quite as strong as the others in this post but just as pretty! This was practically a one-coater but I did 2 coats for these photos.
“Get Weaponized” is a custom polish that was created for Nicole from Nail Polish Wars for her 2nd Blogiversary! It is a sparkling teal with scattered holo and purple shimmer. It is so gorgeous and eye-catching! I opened the package that had these polishes in it while I was at work (like I always do) and my co-workers were fawning over this beauty! I did 2 coats.
“Flowers In Your Hair” has bright magenta glitter and shimmer in a light milk chocolate base with purple-y undertones. Pretty and super unique! 2 coats!
“Bawitdaba” has silver, black and red glitter in a shimmering gunmetal base. So loaded with glitter! 2 coats.
“Lay Down With Number 13” is a dark evergreen crelly with purple and holographic shimmer. Gorgeous and another one with a terrific formula. 2 coats.
“Fathomless” has a luscious blue-tinged evergreen base (like a blue spruce tree!) with sparkling greenish/bluish glitter bits! I really adore the base color! It’s not the typical shade of green and is a really fun standout for me. Great for Christmas. 2 coats.
