Tonight I’ve got some swatches of the Christmas Mini Set from Happy Hands. A brand that is a bit newer to me but has quickly become a favorite of mine. I’m a sucker for cutesy but professional looking products and this brand definitely falls under that category. I love the both shape and the font used, plus kraft paper labels are so adorable. The product looks really professional without looking stuffy. They don’t usually do minis but they had a couple of mini sets, including this one, for the holidays. The bottles are different from their regular bottles and there aren’t any labels on these ones but look out for more swatches of Happy Hands polishes for their adorable bottles and labels (not to mention the really pretty polish!)
“Holly Jolly” is a red and green glitter in a clear base, which obviously we’ve seen a lot of around the holidays, but this is up there with the prettiest of them. It has matte as well as holographic glitters in both red and green. I like that the green glitter is a grassy green rather than traditional Christmas-y green. This is 2 coats over OPI “Did It On ‘Em.”
“Tis The Season” has a mix of matte and holographic red and white glitter in a clear base. Another one we’ve seen a lot of for the holidays but is pretty nonetheless. This is 2 coats over OPI “Nein! Nein! Nein! Ok Fine!”
“What’s This?” has matte and holo silver, white and ice blue square and hex glitter. Squares are one of my favorite glitter shapes. :) This was the one that made me want this set and boy is it pretty. It felt really dainty, even over the dark color I used as undies! I also love the name (reference to The Nightmare Before Christmas, I assume?) This was the only one of the trio that is also available in a full size bottle. This is one coat over Essie “No More Film.”
This set isn’t necessarily “unique” but it it gorgeous. The quality is unsurpassed, which makes it a standout for me. Simply perfect. I can’t believe I discovered them so late into my nail polish game!
Happy Hands Nail Polish can be purchased in their Etsy store or through Harlow & Co. for you girls outside of the U.S. I don’t know for sure if these ones will be restocked since Christmas is over now (womp wompppppp) but I would highly suggest checking out their other stuff if not these. Don’t forget to follow them on Facebook and Instagram for shop news and updates.
Have a great weekend my loves!
