KBShimmer: Spring 2014 Collection Swatches & Review Part 1: Glitters
Hi friends! For today’s post, I have the first half of KBShimmer’s Spring Collection to show you! KBShimmer’s always seem to be a favorite of my readers, so of course I’m so happy and excited to be able to show you these pretty polishes!
“Make My Gray” has bright coral, turquoise, gunmetal and aqua glitter in a blue toned light gray crelly base. Starting off this post with a bang! This is amazing! 2 perfect coats.
“Full Bloom Ahead” has bold fuchsia, navy, teal, gold and orange glitters in a white crelly base. The colors in here are so gorgeous! I love the boldness of them! It’s like “Oh Splat!” but with deeper colored glitters! I think I might even like this MORE than “Oh Splat!” 2 coats.
“Daisy About You” has a pale mint green crelly base with purple, lavender, neon green and white glitter. Super unique color combination! Love the mix of neon and pastels! 3 coats.
“Laugh Myself Lily” is an aqua crelly (it’s actually described as a muted jade but it looks more aqua on me!) with gold, pink, silver, lavender, blue and pale blue glitter with a dusting of holographic shimmer. Another out of this world polish! Love the addition of holographic shimmer. Make sure to wrap your tips if you have a free edge, it was somewhat pulling back from my tips when I didn’t wrap mine. 3 coats.
“Rush Flower Traffic” has metallic fuchsia, gold, green royal blue and aqua glitter in a clear base. Love these bold colors! So gorgeous! This would be perfect over an array of bases! One coat over KBShimmer “Chick Me Out” (which you’ll be seeing swatches of next week!)
“Belle Of the Mall” is a bright coral jelly that has strong red undertones with holographic silver glitter. Love this! Such a unique color and super squishy. 3 coats.
“Quick and Flirty” is a deep violet linear holo! Pretty and awesomely holographic! 2 coats.
These all have that wonderful formula you’ve come to expect with KBShimmer. Flawless and amazing application. The only polish that is part of this half of the collection that I didn’t post is “Prism Break” but I will be posting that with the second half of polishes next week.
