OPI: Spring 2017 Fiji Collection Swatches & Review
Weirdest Halloween post ever? Possibly! I’ve had these all done and ready to be posted for months. It’s their Spring Collection after all. OOPS! Well regardless, OPI is friggin’ timeless so it’s never too late! I present, the OPI Spring Collection for 2017!
Getting Nadi On My Honeymoon is a light pink creme. It’s a little thin so use thin coats to prevent pooling. It’s also a bit streaky so you may need 3 coats, I did 2 here.
Coconuts Over OPI is a grungy taupe creme. Nice formula here and it builds up well in 2 coats.
Suzi Without A Paddle is a lovely pale blue with a very slight green tinge. Just beautiful. Not entirely unique but I don’t even care. Such a gorgeous, well formulated blue. I did 2 coats on some fingers but others required 3.
Do You Sea What I Sea? is a sparkly, almost foiled polish, it’s got a sheer blue base with lots of sparkling cerulean shimmer. It builds up well in 2 coats. Be prepared that it could be a stainer so double up on the base coat.
I Can Never Hut Up has a concrete colored creme base with lots of goldy-green shimmer. Really nice formula, super easy to use and it covers perfectly in 2 coats.
Polly Want A Lacquer is a pale lavender creme. The formula surprised me, it was awesome. 2 coats with a light hand and no streakiness!
Exotic Birds Do Not Tweet is a sunny yellow creme. Not the greatest formula for a yellow but not the worst either. I was able to get by with 2 coats but you may need 3.
No Tan Lines is a mac n’ cheese shade of orange. This kind of orange is my fave, it always looks like I have a tan which I appreciate, especially in the winter months. Nice formula, 2 coats.
Two-timing The Zones is a bright but muted medium pink creme. Really easy-to-use formula. Pretty color. 2 coats.
Living On The Bula-vard! is a darkened reddened-orange creme. Practically a one-coater on this one, so juicy. I did 2 coats.
Super Trop-i-cal-i-fiji-istic is a super opaque midtoned blue creme. I love colors like this. They tend to stain though so I don’t wear them often. This one is just too pretty to pass up. 2 coats but it’s a definite one-coater.
Is That A Spear In Your Pocket? is a mid-toned teal creme. Another shade that I love but also typically stains. Love it and I’m holding out hope that it won’t stain too bad! 2 coats but another one-coater here.
