Pahlish: August 2016 Out Of Oz Collection Swatches & Review
Hello hello you fine people! I hope your week is going swimmingly! I know I talked about the Olympics yesterday but did anyone see the US vs. Switzerland Beach Volleyball match?! OMG, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Even though I’m in the US, I found myself routing for Switzerland because they were playing so well! It was an incredible match! I can’t wait to see more from the US team. Walsh-Jennings is everything! (Not to mention, the US Women’s Gymnastics Team won gold the day before last and Katie Ledecky set a new world record for the 400 meter freestyle! Feeling like such a proud American right now!)
Anyway, onto what you really came here for… swatches! Today, I have some new Pahlishes to share with you! This is their new collection for August and it’s called Out Of Oz and inspired by… you guessed it… The Wizard Of Oz! Who doesn’t love The Wizard Of Oz?! I for one have loved it since a was a little kid. I remember it aired once on TV and my parents taped it with our VCR and we rewatched the hell out of it. I’m going to shut up now though because I’m aging myself with the word VCR. *shutters*

Overall: I’m dying over those flakie splattered polishes. Nobody does them quite like Pahlish can! I’m utterly obsessed with Munchkinland in particular! Also Yellow Brick Road for the unique and odd-but-stunning color! Those kinds of shades always make me swoon. These all have a great formulas; a little on the thick side but in a good way. No fishing for glitter or flakies required. Seriously wonderful.
