Hi there! Today, I have some Black Friday goodness to share with you from Pahlish. There are 17 POLISHES to share with you so get prepared! All of these are inspired by Harry Potter so if you are a lover of HP (and I know many of you are!) take your time and relish these polishes! Onto the good stuff!
November 2016 Duo: Diagon Alley
The Leaky Cauldron is a raisin shade. It’s a creme that’s a little brown, a little burgundy and a little purple. It’s seriously stunning and a color I can totally get behind. Beauty! 2 coats.
Gringott’s has metallic green, gold, fuchsia, wine, copper and holographic gold glitter in a clear base. Be still my glitter-topper-loving heart! This is seriously what my dreams are made of! So gorgeous and easy to use. One coat over The Leaky Cauldron.
Deathly Hallows Trio
Invisibility Cloak has a pale lavendery silver scattered holographic base with purple and holographic silver flakies and silver shimmer, and purple flakies. This is insanely reflective and gorgeous! I’m in love. Nice formula, not thick at all. 2 coats.
Resurrection Stone has a black jelly base with tons of sparkling shimmer that shifts from green to teal to purple. Really nice formula on this one. It’s giving me beetle vibes! 2 coats.
Elder Wand has a dark chocolate jelly base with tons of sparkling shimmer that shifts from blue to purple to pink. Similar formula to Resurrection Stone but a bit more sheer. I did 3 coats this time.
The Sorting Hat Collection
Gryffindor has a scarlett toned red jelly base with gold and pink flakies. This has such a pretty reflective feel. So Christmas-y! 2 coats.
Ravenclaw has a blackened navy jelly base with gold and bronze flakies. This one is super opaque despite it’s squishy jelly nature and the flakies don’t even hide under the dark base. 2 coats.
Hufflepuff has a yellow jelly base with gold flakies and shimmer. Stunning! I forget how much I love yellow polishes until I see one like this! 2 coats.
Slytherin is a dark evergreen jelly with holographic and metallic silver flakies. Gorgeous! I could see this under some red stamping for Christmas! It’s lovely! 2 coats.
Fantastic Beasts Collection
Opaleye has a pale lavender base with a subtle lilac shimmer mixed in. Nice formula, a little on the thick side but in a good way. Built up really nicely in 2 coats.
Short-Snout has an indigo creme base with pink and copper shimmer. This is super opaque and sooooo gorgeous. I did 2 coats but it’s a one-coater.
Hungarian Horntail is a deep shimmerying warm burgundy. It’s so beautiful! I adore shades like this, dark but not too dark that it appears black. 2 coats.
The Wizarding World Bespokes
Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes is a warm red metallic with a linear holographic effect. Great formula here, practically a one-coater but I did 2.
Wingardium Leviosa is a bright cerulean linear holographic with a metallic feel. It’s sooooo stunning but I’m afraid it could be a stainer. I would double up on base coat just in case. I did 2 coats here.
Lestrange is a dark purple metallic with a linear holographic effect. Another really opaque beauty! It’s perfect in one coat but I did 2 here just in case.
Black Friday Gifts With Purchase
Dumbledore‘s Army has a dark teal jelly base with multichrome and holographic silver flakies. This color is giving me all the feels! It’s so stunning! 2 coats, perfection. This is a gift with purchases over $50!
The Boy Who Lived has a cool royal purple jelly base with multichrome and holographic flakies and warm purple shimmer. Very vibrant and lush. 2 coats. This is a gift with purchases over $75!
