Pretty Serious Cosmetics: Midnight Manicures Collection and New Museum Of Naileontology Shades Swatches & Review

Posted on Dec 16, 2016

Hi again and happy Friday!  I hope that you have some fun plans for the weekend!  I’ll be celebrating my little nephew’s 3rd birthday!  I’m so excited to spoil him rotten. :)  As for today’s post, I have some shades from Pretty Serious Cosmetics to share including the Midnight Manicures Collection and a few new colors from their Museum Of Naileontology series.  Let’s hop right to it!

Strigformes is a blackened forest green jelly but a jelly that is super opaque.  This is very very dark but you can see the slight hint of green if you are looking.  Love the moodiness! 2 coats.

Love Bite is a blackened scarlet red jelly.  This isn’t quite as opaque Strigformes but still great in 2 coats and is quite lovely.  You can tell that it is red since it’s not as opaque.

Corvus Corax is a blackened royal blue jelly.  This one is pretty opaque but again, you can still really tell that it’s blue!  It looks cool with one coat or 2 and is super squishy.  2 coats.

Araneae is a blackened indigo jelly.  This one is so dark that is really appears black, unlike the others.  Again, it’s nice and squishy but a little too dark to show off the indigo shade.  2 coats.

Chiroptera is a blackened teal jelly.  This one is very similar to Araneae; so dark it appears to be black.  In one coat it’s a bit sheer but you can see the teal tone better.  I did 2 coats here.

Mad Skull Of Cloverton is a pale lilac sheer polish with a strong green shimmer.  It’s got a pearly finish that isn’t quite frosty so I don’t mind it but it’s not my most favorite.  It is sweet though and I know a lot of people will enjoy it!  2 coats.

Disc Of The Heavens has a jadeite creme base with sparkling gold and green shimmers.  So stunning.  This one has a bit of a vintage feel and I love it.  2 coats.

Chariots Of The Red Sea has silver shimmer submerged within a warm red jelly base.  It’s not particularly unique but I will always love reds like this.  So pretty and perfect for the holidays.  I did 2 coats.
