Serum No. 5: Spring/Summer 2015 Collection Swatches & Review

Hi everyone!  I hope you are having a great Friday!  Today I have Serum No. 5’s Spring/Summer 2015 Collection to show you.  It’s a large collection so I’ll quickly explain each polish and then give my thoughts at the end.

“Raspberry Delight” is a medium strawberry colored pink with strong gold and pink shimmer that glows bright green and pink in the dark.  2 coats.

“Kiwi Glow Now?” has a yellow-toned lime base with silvery shimmer that glows bright green in the dark.  3 coats.

“Coral-ectric” is a coral jelly with gold shimmer and flecks that glows a bright green and orange in the dark.  3 coats.

“Glo-balt Blue” is a cerulean blue with purple, blue and silver shimmer that glows bright blue in the dark.  2 coats.

“Wisteria-ously Bright” is a lilac polish with purple, blue and silver shimmer that glows bright blurple in the dark.  2 coats.

“Something Blue” has a milky pale blue base with blue shimmer and microglitter and white hexes.  3 coats.

“Guiding Light” is a milky white with silver flecks that glows bright white in the dark.  3 coats.

“Budding Lights” has blue/green and silver flakes in a clear base that glows bright green in the dark.  One coat over Sally Hansen “Vandal Eyes”.

“Starlight” is a milky pale pink with silver flecks that glows bright purple in the dark.  3 coats.

“Highlight” is a milky nude with silver flecks that glows bright teal in the dark.  3 coats.

“Moonlight” is a milky pale gray with silver flecks that glows bright green in the dark.  3 coats.

“Twilight” is a milky pale blue with purple and blue shimmer and silver flecks that glows bright blue in the dark.  3 coats.

These all had nice formulas and the glow in the dark effect is so vibrant.  My favorites have to be the bright polishes but especially “Raspberry Delight”!

  • Both Highlight and Twilight are my favorites – they make great neutral stamping bases but are so bright glowing!

  • Love how bright the glow effect is. I really need to get some of these!
