Too Fancy Lacquer: Spring 2014 Blossoming Collection & Abracadabra Swatches & Review
Hi guys! I hope the new week starts off good for everyone! Today I have Too Fancy Lacquer’s Spring Collection (plus an extra goodie called “Abracadabra”) to show you!
“Spring In My Steps” is a pale blue/green with a light linear holo. The formula is somewhat thick but in a good way. Almost a one-coater but I used 2 coats.
“Lilac Rain” is a pale lilac linear holo. The holographic effect is light but still there. Pretty purple color and the formula is similar to “Spring In My Steps”. I did 2 coats.
“Lake Como” is a pretty sky blue with a light holographic effect. This is my favorite of the group! Such a pretty shade of blue and this one had the best formula of the bunch too! 2 coats.
“Call Me Queen Bee” is a dijon mustard yellow holo that sometimes appears to be a nude shade depending on the lighting. The holo effect in this is linear but very slight. The formula is a little bit thick and can get a tad sticky if you work slowly. Interesting shade though. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. 2 coats.
“Abracadabra” is a silver holographic top coat. We’ve seen a lot of these but this one is a good option and it’s always good to have at least one in your stash. Nice formula and holo shimmer to base ratio. I did 2 one coat on my pointer and middle fingers and 2 coats on my ring and pinkie fingers over LVX “Cameo”.
In all of these photos, the first photo is more color accurate than the second for each shade. The second photo is taken just to show off the holographic effect and can have a tendency to make the polish appear a different shade.Provided For Review
