Pahlish: August 2016 Charity Polish + The Second Task Duo Swatches & Review
Hello friends! I hope you are having a fabulous weekend! I know I am! I’m really enjoying it; watching more of The Olympics, organizing and swatching too of course! Perfect weekend! Yesterday I watched the Volleyball match when Russia played Japan… if you like volleyball and you get a chance, WATCH IT. Amazing, amazing game! Japan was killer on the defense end and Russia was incredible on the offense end so it really made for some nail-biting rallies! So intense! I think I could watch that game every day for the rest of my life. Can you guys tell I’m missing my volleyball days? :( I played for 10 years and I still miss it like crazy.
Anywho, onto today’s fabulous polishes! I have some more from Pahlish to share with you! It’s their new duo for August as well as the second installment of their charity polish line! Take a look!
The Second Task Duo
Ponder This is a medium cobalt blue crelly. 2 coats.
Golden Egg has coppery and bronze flakies with blue sparks in a clear base. 2 coats.
August 2016 Charity Polish
The newest color in Pahlish’s new series of charity polishes is called The Boxcar Children. It has a reddened magenta base with pink sparks and a scattered holographic effect. The charity polishes each month will be limited edition and $2 from every bottle sold goes to a charity picked for the month. For the month of August $2 from each bottle of The Boxcar Children that is sold, will go to benefit Reading Is Fundamental! I did 2 coats of TBC here!
Overall: I love the crelly polish that is Ponder This! I will never not love a polish like that! Great formula, so pretty. I’m not a fan of Golden Egg over the top but it’s lovely over a lighter base, IMO! The Boxcar Children is well, perfect! The inspiration and color is so good!
This collection can be purchased through Pahlish’s shop! They are available for purchase now! Make sure to follow Pahlish on Facebook & Instagram to keep up to date on restocks. They will also share their new collections there too!
