Serum No. 5: Glowmeleon Polishes, Lei Down The Law & As A Matte-a Fact

Today I have some new polishes from Serum No. 5! The first 4 are very innovative. They look like normal polishes in the sunlight but they glow in the dark! I love that they are very transitional. You could wear them for a demure look during the day but it also looks amazing at night! The last polish is so unique as well! Have a look for yourself!

“Burning Orchid” is a duochrome topcoat that shifts from purple to maroon. This one glows in the dark but I could not capture it for the life of me! This is 1 coat over black.

Hello friends! Are you ready for part 2 of CrowToes’ Spring Collection!? Let’s get right into it!

“Season Of The Witch” has green to purple flakie shimmer in a black jelly base. The color shift on this is glorious. Of course my lightbox/camera hates me though so I couldn’t get the full effect. The base almost looked a bit brown to me so I decided to try it over a dark chocolatey base! 2 coats over Sparitual “Howl.”

Hi everyone! Today I have my picks from the Avant Garden Collection by China Glaze. For once, I didn’t buy the whole colletion! :P I’ve been using these as undies for glitter polishes for the past month or so, which is why my nails are all different lengths in these pictures. I’m horrible about keeping my nails at a certain, consistent length. I always try to grow them longer but they always break. You’d think I’d have learned my lesson by now. :)

First up is “Tart-y For The Party”, a pastel blue-toned purple creme. You can’t go wrong with a color like this! 2 coats.

GlitterDaze: Spring 2013 Sweet Dreams Collection

Hello loves! Today I have the second of 3 Spring collections from GlitterDaze! (Don’t forget to check out the first Spring Collection I swatched!) This collection contains 5 sugary sweet shimmered confections that look good enough to eat (and names to match!)

“Cotton Candy Coma” is a pale sky blue with pink and blue microshimmer. So delicate. I feel like a classy lady with this on! As with all of these, wait a good amount of time between coats to prevent drag marks. I did 3 coats.

HARE polish: Spring 2013 The Last Queen Of France Collection - The Glitters

Today I have the second half of HARE Polish’s Spring collection. These ones are all glitter topcoats. HARE Polish ventured into the world of glitter topcoats just recently and I’m thrilled to see that half of this collection is comprised of them!

“Dauphine of Decadence” has soft gold metallic glitter and matte pale mint glitter with a striking gold shimmer. The minty glitters look very blue toned and at first glance, I thought they were pale blue. but on the nail, the minty-ness is obvious. Who’d of thought that these glitters would look so amazing together??? Obviously HARE Polish did and oh my gawd it is beautiful. This was quite mesmerizing! I am in love. This is one coat over China Glaze “Dandy Lyin’ Around.”
