“Cupcake Blizzard” has pastel aqua, pastel mint, white, pastel teal, silver and bright but pale medium pink, lilac and sky blue glitter and a sprinkle of holographic shimmer in a clear base. This is so adorable! I love the bright yet pale glitters especially. Darling. One coat over Habit Cosmetics “Bardot”.

Hello guys! We’re popping right over to Christmas from Halloween today thanks to Candy Lacquer! I have to admit, I’m already getting into the Holiday mood and I honestly can’t wait to start listening to Christmas music and to put up lights and get a tree! Yay!

I’m going to describe each of these polishes and then summarize at the end since the formulas are very similar! These polishes are intense so get ready for LOTS of pics!

“Flash Dancer” is loaded with silver and gold holographic microglitter in a clear base. The first 2 photographs are color accurate. The last 2 photographs were taken to show off the holographic effect. I did 2 coats.

Sparkles For Ayla | In Memoriam

Today I have a rather somber post. It’s one I never thought I’d write about because it seems unimaginable.

On June 25th, 2014, my good friend Selena from Pink You Rock was 38 weeks along in her pregnancy. She went in for a routine checkup but the doctors were not able to find sweet Baby Ayla’s heartbeat. Ayla Estelle Ardaiz traded her perfect earthly body for a pair of wings and was born to her loving parents on June 26th, 2014.

Today a memorial is being held for Ayla so some of Selena’s wonderful friends started a tag on Instagram, #SparklesForAyla. They encouraged people to paint their nails pink and sparkly in honor of Baby Ayla.

I used one of my favorite glitters ever, Candy Lacquer “Candy Kisses” over Orly “Neon Heat.” I imagine that Ayla would have loved neon pink and glitter just like her beautiful mommy.

I, along with some other nail polish friends, have set up a fundraiser for Selena and Matt to help alleviate any financial burdens that have or will arise during this difficult time. Hello all! I have some major swatch spam for ya today! I’ve been hoarding these Candy Lacquer swatches since last Summer! O_o I have a lot of swatches like that these days! But hey, at least I’m finally posting them. :)
“Razzle Dazzle” has neon pink, blue and green glitter, red, light purple, dark purple, pale blue and light pink glitter in a clear base. there is also a fine iridescent shimmer in there! Super fun! One coat over Glam Polish “Rosetta”.

Aloha my beautiful readers! Here is another Holiday related post for you guys! Christmas basically continues until the end of the year right??? :) Today’s post features a bunch of beauties from Candy Lacquer!

“In The Frosty Air” has white and bright blue glitter in a clear base. Love all the holo! This one had a great formula and was loaded with glitter. It came with a baggie of oversized glitter including circles, snowmen, snowflakes, moons, stars and hearts! One coat over Sephora by OPI “Cartwheels On The Catwalk”.

Happy Halloween! I wish I had time to post more Halloween themed stuff this year but life has been crazy the past couple months! But today I have some Candy Lacquer Halloween polishes that are amazing!

“Monster Crush” has orange, yellow, lime green, kelly green, dark green, black and gunmetal glitter in a clear base. THIS is a Halloween polish! So awesome! Metallic, and holographic glitter in this mix. I can’t get over this polish! Awesome! One coat over Rescue Beauty Lounge “Orbis Non Sufficit.”
