KBShimmer: Summer 2014 Collection Swatches & Review

Hello hello! Today I have the second act of KBShimmer’s Summer Collection! I will take 2 collections per season from KBShimmer any old time. :) Let’s get right to the pretties!

“Sweet Wave” has coral, aqua, yellow, periwinkle and white glitter in a clear base. Gorgeous mix of colors. So adorable. Nice formula and glitter pick up. One coat over KBShimmer “My Life’s Porpoise.”

“Mixed Peelings” has bright summery citrus shades of glitter in a white crelly base. Adorable name, adorable polish. I love this one! 3 thin coats here.

“Periwinkle In Time” is a perfectly periwinkle polish with teal, purple, royal blue and silver glitter. Some of which is metallic and some of which is holographic. So cute! Amazing formula. 2 easy breezy coats.

“Radiant Orchid” is a pink toned dusty light purple. Spectacular color, perfect shade in honor of the Color of the Year! Amazing formula. Super easy to use, almost a one-coater. I did 2 coats for the photo.

“Scribble Me This” has neon pink, lime green, aqua, medium purple and black glitter in a clear base. Great color combination and of course, I’m obsessed with the triangles! Such a fun polish. One dabbed coat over “Radiant Orchid.”

“Peak My Interest” has blue, periwinkle and white glitter in a medium pink jelly base. Squish city! 2 coats!

“Look High And Holo” is chalk full of holographic glitter in a reddened purple jelly base. Very sparkly and squishy. 2 coats!

“Sea You Around” has an emerald green jewel-toned crelly base that borders on being a bright teal with silver, purple, fuchsia and aqua glitter. 2 coats.

“Mint-al Vacation” is light minty toned aqua (or an aqua toned mint, I can’t quite tell which) with silvery white shimmer and a linear holographic effect. Gorgeous polish. So pretty and elegant! Almost a one-coater. I did 2 coats for the photos.

“Red, White And Blue-tiful” has loads of holographic red, blue and silver mini stars and is mottled with matching microglitter. This polish requires a bit of dabbing but it’s worth it! Such an awesome and unique polish and KBShimmer pulled it off so well. One dabbed coat over KBShimmer “Lo And Be Bold.”

“Happily Ever Aster” has white, aqua, periwinkle, medium purple, light purple and holographic silver glitter in a clear base. Darling name and polish. Perfect glitter topper. One coat over KBShimmer “Pansy-Monium.”

“You’re So Shellfish” is a bright almost neon coral. In the same vein as China Glaze “Flip Flop Fantasy” but not as neon. Gorgeous shade and it sits perfectly between being pink and orange. 2 coats.

Lastly, KBShimmer will be releasing nail vinyls as well!

I decided to try out a look with them. In the first picture I showed how it looks like if you wear the vinyls as decals (but without a top coat) and for the second photo, I showed how it would look if you use them as stencils! Awesome!
