OPI: Spring 2014 Muppets Most Wanted Collection Swatches & Review

Hey! I have the Spring Soft Shades from OPI to show you today. This year’s theme is the Muppets Most Wanted which is the new Muppets movie that came out a couple of weeks ago. And who doesn’t love the Muppets!?

“Gaining Mole-mentum” has gold, silver and rosy pink glitter shards in a clear base. This is excellent! I’ve never owned anything similar and it’s just beautiful. My favorite of the collection! I did one coat over Butter London “Tea With The Queen”.

“Chillin’ Like A Villain” is a creamy semi-sheer nude that would probably build up in 3 coats. This gave me a bit of the lobster-hand syndrome but I did like the color otherwise. I did 2 for these photos.

“Muppets World Tour” has silver and white shimmer and glitter sprinkled with bits of blue and pink glitter in a clear base. Gorgeous, delicate and unique! One coat over “Chillin’ Like A Villain”.

“I Love Applause” is a semi-sheer pale pink polish. A pretty polish! It’s a bit streaky but builds up nicely in 3 coats. I would suggest using a ridge-filling base coat.

“Let’s Do Anything We Want!” is a metallic pink and white matte glitter polish in a clear base. First of all, the name is so adorable! I don’t know why, but I just love it so much. Great formula and perfect glitter payoff. I did one coat over “I Love Applause”.

“Kermit Me To Speak” is a bronze-green-purple-pink multichrome shimmer. I feel like this is something we’ve seen a time or two from OPI but if you don’t have it, now would be the time to pick it up! Great formula! I did 2 coats.

“Miss Piggy’s Big Number” is a metallic royal blue with cyan blue shimmer. So pretty and shiny! The cyan shimmer in this makes it looks like a duochrome, shifting between different colors depending on the lighting! I did 2 coats.

“International Crime Caper” is an pearly pink/green iridescent polish with blue and pink shimmer. I did 3 coats by itself and it’s still a little sheer so I decided to try it over a black creme using one coat.
