Pahlish: Matters Of Consequence Collection Swatches & Review
Hi again! Today I have a lovely collection from Pahlish to share with you. This group of polishes was inspired by The Little Prince, one of the creators’ favorite books! I’ve never read the book but I would know that title and the illustrations anywhere. It’s one I’ve always wanted to read because it looks so darling. Needless to say, I was so excited to try out this collection, designed after the book, even more so after seeing the amazing swatches of this collection from Very Emily and Love Varnish!
Let’s check them out!
“Little Baobabs” has an amazing deep olive base with gold shimmer and flakes and a linear holo effect. I love everything about this. Beautiful and an amazing formula to boot. 2 coats but it’s a one-coater.
“Drawing Number One” has a warm brown jelly base that’s loaded with gold and copper flakes and shimmer. I know they’re not everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m so in love with brown polishes, especially for Fall so I’m loving this exquisite beauty. 2 perfect coats.
“Draw Me A Sheep” has a white crelly base with silver and gold shreds and purple shimmer. My pictures don’t quite do this one justice. You should really check out Emily and Deborah‘s photos to get the full effect. It’s just lovely and delicate. Flawless formula. 2 coats.
“Laughter Of The Stars” is a lovely seafoam linear holo with a slightly dusty feel. Absolutely beautiful. I fall in love every time I look at it. 2 easy coats.
“Asteroid B-612” is a deep moody plum with a linear holographic effect. It even looks like it may have brown undertones to it. Lovely and the holographic effect is amazing. 2 coats.
“Radiation Of The Sands” has an fresh egg yolk-almost-mustard base with lots of golden flakes and shimmer and sparse bits of gold glitter. If you’ve ever seen the yolk of an egg that’s fresh from the chicken coop, that is the exactly what this base color looks like. Sunny and golden. This is the polish I was most excited for! Yellow and gold? Sign me up! I actually wore it when I went apple picking over the weekend because it’s perfect for Fall. 2 coats.
“Coquettish Creature” has a taupe crelly base with fuchsia and purple mini flakes that shift slightly golden at some angles. Beautiful and shimmery and very unique. 2 coats.
Pahlish can be purchased through their shop. These polishes don’t seem to be in stock at the moment but make sure to follow Pahlish on Facebook & Instagram to keep up to date on restocks. They will also share their new collections there too!
