White Owl Lacquers Swatches & Review
Hello there! Today I have 5 polishes from White Owl Lacquers for you!
“Cherry Blossom” has green, purple, dark pink and fuchsia glitter in a milky white base. It has oversize circular glitter, and multiple sizes of hex glitter. You all know by now how much I love circular glitter so I really like this one! This is 2 coats over white.
“Come To Me” has a milky white base with bubblegum pink, light blue and cyan blue glitter in circles and hexes as well as a sprinkling of black microglitter. Again with the circles! Swoon! And the color combo is great! This is 2 coats over white.
“Dwelling On Dreams” has gold, teal and pale aqua glitter in a milky white base. I really like the color combo in this too! Super cute. This is 2 coats over white.
“Kittens & Teacups” has black mini squares and pink hexes in a milky white base. This is the only one I had some issues with. The glitter was a little sunken to the bottom and it was really difficult to get good glitter pickup so I didn’t get much on the nail compared to the other polishes. I love the name of this one though! I am a crazy cat lady after all… :) This is 2 coats over white.
“Never Let Me Go” has light pink, magenta, red and iridescent glitter in a milky white base. Round glitter centrallllll! Eeeek! Love this one! This is 2 coats over white.
With the exception of “Kittens & Teacups” these had great glitter pickup and an easy to use formula. The glitter spread evenly on the nail without any dabbing.
White Owl Lacquers can be purchased on their website. Don’t forget to follow them on Facebook and Instagram for shop news and updates. :)
UPDATE: White Owl Lacquers hasn’t reopened their store for about 8 months or so now (as of February 2014.) I’m not sure what their status is or if they plan on making and selling more polish.
