Hi guys! Hope you are having a great Friday! Today I have a big ol’ China Glaze Collection to share with you! Let’s get right to it!

“I Soiree I Didn’t Do It” is a sheer teal jelly base with matching teal small glitter, microglitter and shimmer with bits of holographic silver microglitter. I had high hopes for this and while it is pretty, I wish it were more opaque. I think next time I will layer it. 3 thick coats here.

China Glaze I Soiree I Didn't Do It | Cheers! Collection | Peachy Polish

“Son Of A Nutcracker” is an orange-toned coral with a somewhat sheer metallic and a fine orange shimmer. It’s a little thin so make sure to use thin coats to prevent pooling. I did 3 coats here.

“Mix And Mingle” is a medium purple crelly. Amazing formula. So shiny and squishy while still being opaque. I did 2 coats.

“Break The Ice” has silver holographic shreds in a clear base. It’s a tad bit base heavy so the dab-and-drag method works best to apply this, or even a sponge would work well. I did one coat over “Mix And Mingle”.

“Coal Hands, Warm Heart” has holographic silver, charcoal and navy hexes and microglitter in a black jelly base. It’s a little tricky to apply because it’s simultaneously thin but thick with glitter. The end result is gorgeous but it requires patience. I was able to get by with 2 coats.

“Wine Down For What?” is a deep red creme with brown undertones. This is like the perfect dark red. No doubt about it being red but still dark enough to be vampy and moody. 2 coats.

“Bring On The Bubbly” has metallic and holographic gold hexes and microglitter in a clear base. Perfect gold glitter topper. Great formula and glitter pickup. One coat over “Wine Down For What?”

“Brand Sparkin’ New Year” has a purple jelly base with gold and shades of purple hexes and microglitter. Meh, really not a fan of this. Again, simultaneously thin and thick like “Coal Hands, Warm Heart” but this one is so sheer. In 2 coats, there is still obvious VNL and 3 coats would just be too much. I ended up just going with the 2 coats.

“Better Not Pout” is a wonderful magenta metallic that is perfect for the holidays. Reflective and beautiful. Great formula. 2 coats.

“Peppermint To Be” has a warm red crelly base with lots of golden shimmer. The shimmer is very reflective and Christmasy. Love it. 2 coats.

“Don’t Get Elfed Up” has a black jelly base with bright blue shimmer. In the bottle, the shimmer seems to shift from blue to purple but once it’s on the nail, I could only really see the blue shimmer. Great formula. 2 perfect coats.

“Ugly Sweater Party” has pink, red, silver and blue hexes and microglitter in a sheer red jelly base. I want to like this because it’s sparkly but I’m just not sure about it. I like it more than “Brand Sparkin’ New Year” but less than “Coal Hands, Warm Heart”. Decent formula on this one. 3 thin coats.

This collection is a bit of a mixed bag for me. While it is very holiday-esque, it’s got some that I really am not a fan of. I think with all the amazing indies out there these days, the glitters really need to be something amazing to be up to par. Still though, if you don’t have anything like these, you will probably be a big fan!

China Glaze can be purchased at tons of different places including Ulta, Sally Beauty, Transdesign and lots of other retailers and E-tailers. Don’t forget to follow China Glaze on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with new colors and collections!
