China Glaze: Summer 2013 Sunsational Collection Cremes
Hello all! Today I have the first half of China Glaze’s Sunsational Collection for Summer 2013. These are all neon pastel cremes. I repeat… NEON. PASTEL. CREMES. I’ve read a lot of blog posts from bloggers that say they don’t like the formula on these but I didn’t have any problems! Granted neons can be difficult to apply and so can pastels but considering the issues that are usually associated with them, I was pleasantly surprised at how well these applied on me. I suggest using a ridge filling base coat if you have ridges like me!
I’m going to keep this brief because all I can say is, I am head over heels in love with these!
“Bottoms Up” is a neon bubblegum pink.* 2 coats.
“Highlight Of My Summer” is a neon mint green. There are no words. 2 coats.
“Neon & On & On” in a neon pink with orange undertones.* It falls somewhere between China Glaze “Flip Flop Fantasy” and a bright neon pink. 3 coats.
“Son Of A Peach” is a neon peach creme. Can I get a hell yes!? Holy moly, this is insane. I am in so much love. You know those Circus Peanut candy things? This is the exact same color. Amazzzzinggg! 2 coats!
“That’s Shore Bright” is a red toned light purple.* It’s not as neon on as the rest. It’s more like, on the verge of being neon but not quite there. Gorgeous nonetheless. 2 coats (almost a one coater!)
“Too Yacht To Handle” is an aqua creme.* Another one that isn’t quite neon but still stunning. 2 coats.
China Glaze can be purchased at tons of different places including Ulta, Sally Beauty, Transdesign and lots of other retailers and E-tailers.
I Bought This!
*Neons are a pain to photograph! These photos have been slightly color corrected in order to show them as color accurate as possible.
