“Butterfly Queen” has pink and purple microglitter in a hot magenta jelly base. This is absolutely gorgeous and I love the name too! Great formula, very easy to use. 2 coats.
Happy Wednesday! We’ve made it halfway through another week! Wahoo! Did you guys do anything for St. Patrick’s Day yesterday? I went to dinner with my husband and a couple of our friends and we had some green beers! A nice low-key St. Patty’s Day. :)

Hi wonderful people! You read the title of this post correctly… today I have a small HOLIDAY collection from CND for you. Hol-i-day. I can’t event fathom the fact that the holidays are encroaching on us already. Doesn’t it feel like 2014 just started? So I suppose this post is kicking off the beginning of the holidays and even better yet, it’s kicking off holiday collections! :)
“Grand Gala” has gold and pink shimmer in a metallic golden base. I thought this might be a duochrome but it’s more like equal parts gold and pink shimmer so it looks more pink or more gold depending on the lighting. This is 2 easy coats.

Happy new week everyone! I hope you guys had a good weekend. Today I have a new collection from CND’s VINYLUX line for Fall 2014. My first Fall Collection review of the year! I’m so excited! Fall collections are my favorite. Let’s kick this off!
“Fine Vermillion” is a shiny shimmering brown-toned orange metallic. This polish is so juicy and beautiful. It went on like a dream. One of those polishes that makes you ooh and aah. 2 coats.

Hello all! Today I have some polishes from CND today! These ones are part of the VINYLUX line. What does VINYLUX mean, you ask? Let me tell you in the words of the brand:

New technology!? Awesome! I know us polish people are always looking for polishes that last longer. While I haven’t had a chance to test out the wear time on myself yet, I do look forward to trying it out and will report back with results. As I’ve said here in the past, I’ve never been able to make polish last on me. I chalk it up to my body chemistry. But it will be interesting to see how these fare!
Now, on to the swatches!
“Sun Bleached” is a pale banana cream pie colored creme polish! This shade is so cute and sweet and the name is great too. It’s a typical yellow polish with streakiness on the first 2 coats but it evens out well with the third.
