KBShimmer: Core Collection Part 4
Today I have the final installment of KBShimmer’s core collection. Wahhhh! Can’t there just be an infinite supply of KBShimmer polishes? I love them so muchhhhhh! As usual, all of these had impeccable formulas and glitter pickup.
“Band Geek” has silver, gold and copper glitter in multiples sized hexes and glitter in a jelly base. This is an absolute dream. A favorite for sure! This is 2 coats over Sally Hansen “Onyx.”
“Hex Appeal” has blue, silver and magenta holo hexes and some teeny microbars in a navy blue jelly base. This one is also a favorite of mine (who am I kidding, they are all my favorite!) The blue base and the mix of glitter is absolute perfection. This is 2 coats over China Glaze “Man Hunt.”
“Jack” has multiple sized orange hexes and micro bars in a black jelly base. Obviously this is Halloween in a bottle! What I love about KBShimmer’s black jelly based polishes is that the glitter doesn’t get lost in the base whatsoever. It’s still so vibrant and noticeable! This is 2 coats of “Jack” over Sally Hansen “Onyx.”
“No Whine Left” has blue, aqua, fuchsia, and purple hexes in several sizes in a gorgeous plumy wine colored base. The base color on this one is so luscious! Makes me want to have a glass of vino! This is 3 coats.
“Shipwreck” has teal, blue, green, gold and purple hexes with short copper bars in a blue/green base. Couldn’t have captured the essence of treasure lost in the sea better than this. So clever. This is 2 coats over OPI “Ski Teal We Drop.”
“Showgirl” has rose, fuchsia, black, and holographic pink hexes, silver squares, black holo glitter bits, and black shreds. So much glitter! Very pretty and sparkly! This is 2 coats over Sally Hansen “Onyx.”
“Sugar Plum Faerie” has a pretty purple jelly base with purple, aqua, lime and fuchsia holographic hexes in different sizes, and some purple microglitter. The mixture of colors here is amazing. This is one coat over OPI “Funky Dunkey.”
“Witch Way?” has a dark and moody aubergine jelly base packed with silver holographic glitter. So simple and yet so striking! It truly looks like a beautiful night’s sky in Autumn. This is 3 coats.
