Sally Hansen Miracle Gel: Boho Chic Collection Swatches & Review {Partial}

Provided For Review

Hi again! Today I have 3 polishes from Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel line. These are part of the Boho Chic Collection that is new for Fall! They also released a new reformulated version of the Miracle Gel Top Coat. I haven’t had a chance yet to wear-test these polishes with the new and improved top coat but I will update the post when I am able to do that. For now, I get to show you these 3 pretty polishes!

“Tipsy Gypsy” is a bright medium pink creme. Great formula on this classic shade of pink. 2 coats.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri: Vandal Eyes, Tag, Ur It! & Quick Brick Swatches & Review

Provided For Review

Hi guys! Today I have 3 beautiful polishes to show you from the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri line! I was going to do some 4th of July nail art for you but since that day has come and gone, you get swatches instead. I’ll save these for the next patriotic holiday and revisit some nail art then. :) For now, check out the swatches!

“Vandal Eyes” is a crystal clear sky blue with a silvery and blue shimmer. In one coat it looks like it might be sheer but in 2, it’s just perfect.

Spring 2015 Nail Art!

Hi guys! Finally a short break in swatches to show you some nail art looks. These have been sitting on ice since the end of Winter and I’m happy to finally be able to share them with you.

First up, my first floral print nails! I did little blue posies for this look using China Glaze “Wanderlust” as the base, Zoya “Rocky” and “Lillian” and Sally Hansen “Ivory Skull” for the tiny spring buds. For my first try, I’m pretty pleased!

Lynnderella: Spring 2013 Everything’s Coming Up Neon Collection

I Bought This!

Hola mi amigos! Today I have Lynnderella’s new collection for Spring to show you! I have had these for what seems like forever but just got around to swatching these pretties! I love that neon glitter is a big trend this year. I’m a sucker for anything neon and I love the way Lynnderella incorporated the neon glitter in these polishes!

“Bird Brain Blue” has neon pink, neon green and neon purple glitter, with turquoise glitter and vibrant blue shimmer in a baby blue base. I didn’t expect to like this one as much as I do! So gorgeous! I used 1 coat over Sally Hansen “Breezy Blue” which is the perfect base.

Shimmer Polish: Swatches & Review Part 2

Today I have the second half of the Shimmer Polish swatches! They all had really great formulas and were so easy to paint evenly on the nail despite being packed full of glitter!

“Candace” has magenta, gold holo and black glitter in a clear base. I think this is my favorite out of all the Shimmer Polish’s I swatched! It looked so edgy in the bottle. I could definitely picture myself wearing it to go out dancing! This is one coat over Essie “Armed And Ready.”

Polished By KPT: Kelvin Bleu & Secret Admirer

Today I have 2 polishes from Polished by KPT to show you! I’ve been really intrigued by thermal lacquers lately and these are the first ones I’ve had the chance of trying so far. :)

“Kelvin Bleu” has a blue base with holo shimmer (it’s also available without holo shimmer) when it’s cold and transitions to a clear blue when warm. This was pretty sheer so it was hard to find a good base to wear under it. I actually swatched it over a green originally but the polish was just too sheer and it didn’t look good at all. I like this but I really wish the polish would have been more opaque just so you’d be able to layer it over a wider variety of colors. Besides that, it was great. The formula was really nice. The first 2 photos are while it was warm (I put my hand by a heater) and the second 2 are after putting my hand in ice water. This is 2 coats over Sally Hansen “Ivory Skull.”
